    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1903-MF-000036 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Tina L. Prater, Shafer Rentals, Snow & Sauerteig LLP, Portfolio Recovery Associates, GFS II LLC d/b/a Gateway Financial Solutions and Deca Financial Services LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of October, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
