    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2009-MF-000031, wherein BLC Funding, LLC was Plaintiff, and Alan L. Kado dba Warsaw Hydrospray, Diana M. Kado, Comerica Bank, John P. Elson, Anne M. Elson, Lester C. Eads, Horizon Bank, successor by merger to Farmers State Bank, Estate of Priscilla Louise Bauserman, TCF National Bank, successor by merger to Shoreline Bank, US Bank National Association as Trustee for Prime 2006-CL 1, KeyBank National Association, Alan L. Kado as Trustee and his successors as Trustee of the Alan L. Kado Trust dated February 1, 2012, and Diana M. Kado as Trustee and her successors as Trustee of the Diana M. Kado Trust dated February 1, 2012 were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 27th day of July, 2021, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
