    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2107-MF-000026, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Ryan N. Rosbrugh, Amanda L. Rosbrugh, Westhaven Estates LLC and Michelle R. Smith were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of February, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with a closing time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
