    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1902-MF-000018 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper was Plaintiff, and Travis Vanover, AKA Travis L. Vanover, The United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Summit Account & Computer Services and State of Indiana, Collection Division were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
