    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43C01-1801-MF-000013 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Jennifer Cullins and Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of  September, 2019, at the hour of  10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
