    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2106-MF-000013, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee of Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust I was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Helen S. Bryant, Deceased, was a Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of February, 2022, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
