    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D03-2104-MF-000006 wherein Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs at Law of Carolyn L. Parmerlee, Deceased, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of February, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
