NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior  Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1809-MF-000089 wherein United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, its Successors and Assigns, United States Department of Agriculture was Plaintiff, and Karen A. Leigh, Deceased, and Heirs-At-Law, Devisees, Legatees, Descendants, Personal Representatives, Executors, Trustees, and Administrators of Karen A. Leigh; Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority; and Any Unknown Occupants, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of May,  2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lot Numbered 115 in Village Annex Section II, a subdivision in the East 1/2 of Section 7, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 112, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
