    You are hereby notified that Plaintiff has filed a Complaint to quiet title to the following described real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana:

    Lots Numbered 849 and 864 as shown on the Amended Plat of Enchanted Hills Subdivision Section AA as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 131 and Lots 781B and 782B as shown on the Amended Plat of Parts of Section 1A and Section BB Enchanted Hills Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 172 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana (hereinafter, the “Real Estate”).

    If you claim an interest in the Real Estate, you or your attorney must respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice.  The failure to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint may result in the Court granting the relief sought by Plaintiff.
