    YOU  ARE  HEREBY   NOTIFIED that  Plaintiff  has  filed  an  action  in  the  Kosciusko

    Circuit Court asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described  as follows:

    Lots Numbered Ninety-seven (97), Ninety-eight (98) and Ninety-nine (99) as the said lots are known and designated on the recorded Plat of Hillabold's Addition to the Town of Syracuse; said Plat being recorded in Plat Book 2, page 143 in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    If  you  claim  an interest  in the  real  estate  described  herein,  you  or  your  attorney  must  file  a response   to  Plaintiffs'  complaint   not  later  than  thirty  (30)  days  following   the  last  date  of publication of this Notice.   If you fail to respond  to Plaintiffs complaint,  the Court  may grant Plaintiff the relief requested.
