    To the within named Defendant and any persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein:

    YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff has filed an action to quiet title to real estate in this matter.  The real estate which is the subject of this action is described as follows:

    TRACT-I: A tract of land in the Original Plat of Mentone being Lot #226 and a vacated portion of Monroe Street, more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at a Mag nail at the Northeast corner of the property conveyed to K S & F Properties LLC in Document No. 2016030895; thence South 00°57'00" East (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using NAD83 Indiana East coordinate system), along the Westerly right-of-way of Morgan Street, 145.55 feet (recorded 146.00 feet) McCrea cap pin at the intersection of said Westerly line and the Northerly right-of-way line of the New York, Chicago, & St. Louis Railroad; thence North 66°43'34" West, along said Northerly right-of-way line, 89.90 feet to a 112" pipe; thence North 00°57'00" West, parallel with said Westerly right-of-way, 54.83 feet to a point 1.7 feet North and 1.7 feet West of a 3" steel bar; thence North 66°43'34" West, 60.26 feet to a point 1.4 feet North and 3.8 feet East of a leaning 112" pipe; thence North 00°57'00" West, parallel with said Westerly line, 30.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said K S & F Properties property; thence North 89°25'14" East, 136.95 feet (recorded 139 feet) to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.29 acres more or less.

    TRACT-II: A  tract  of  land  in  the  Northwest  Quarter  of  Section  1,  Township  31  North,  Range  4  East, Franklin Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly  described as follows:

    Commencing at the Northeast  comer  of the property  conveyed  to K S & F Properties  LLC  in Document  No.  2016030895;  thence  South  88°25'14"  West  (basis  of  bearings  established  by INDOT  VRS Base,  using NAD83  Indiana East  coordinate  system),  136.95  feet (recorded  139 feet)  to  the  Northwest  comer  of  said  K  S  & F  Properties  property  also  being  the  Point  of Beginning;  thence  South  00°57'00"  East,  parallel  with  the  Westerly  right-of-way  of  Morgan Street, 30.00 feet to a point 1.4 feet North and 3.8 feet East of a leaning 1/2" pipe; thence South 66°43'34"  East, 60.26 feet to a point 1.7 feet North and 1.7 feet West of a 3" steel bar; thence South 00°57'00"  East, parallel with said Westerly line, 54.83 feet to a 1/2" pipe on the Northerly right-of-way  line of the New York, Chicago, & St. Louis Railroad; thence North 66°43'34"  West, along said Northerly  line, 260.79 feet a McCrea cap pin at the intersection  of said Northerly  line and the Easterly right-of-way  line of Broadway  Street; thence North 00°39'03"  West, along said Easterly  line, 3.73 feet to a McCrea  cap pin; thence  North  89°25'14"  East, 182.85  feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.26 acres more or less.

    TO BE KNOWN AS

    A tract  of land in the Original  Plat of Mentone  being Lot #226, a vacated  portion  of Monroe Street, and a tract of land in the Northwest  Quarter of Section 1, Township  31 North, Range 4 East, Franklin Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning  at a Mag nail at the Northeast  comer of the property conveyed to K S & F Properties LLC in Document  No. 2016030895;  thence South 00°57'00"  East (basis of bearings established by INDOT  VRS Base, using NAD83 Indiana East coordinate system), along the Westerly right? of-way  of  Morgan  Street,  145.55  feet  (recorded   146.00  feet)  to  a  McCrea  cap  pin  at  the intersection  of said Westerly line and the Northerly  right-of-way  line of the New York, Chicago, & St.  Louis  Railroad;  thence  North  66°43'34"  West,  along  said  Northerly  right-of-way  line, 350.69 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence North 00°39'03" West, along said Easterly line, 3.73 feet to  a  McCrea  cap  pin;  thence  North  89°25'14"  East,  319.80  feet  to  the  Point  of  Beginning, containing  0.55 acres more or less.

    If you claim any interest in the real estate described herein, you or your representative  must file a response  to Plaintiffs Complaint  within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication  of this notice.  If you fail to so respond, the Court may grant the relief sought by Plaintiff.
