    Comes now Petitioner, Barbara Fields, and provides notice as follows:     1. Barbara Fields has filed a petition to change the name of minor child in Kosciusko Circuit Court under cause number 43C01-2102-MI-000019.

    2. Mia Olivia Vega is the name of the minor child for whom the Petition has been filed.

    3. The new name requested is Mia Olivia Fields.

    4. This action is pending in the Kosciusko Circuit and the Petition was filed on February 16, 2021. Hearing on this matter will be had in the Kosciusko Circuit Court on April 16, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.

    5. Any person has the right to appear at the hearing and or to file an objection. In the absence of an objection, the matter may be heard and finalized on the above date wherefore, Petitioner files notice by publication pursuant to IC 34-28-2-3.
