    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Robert & Phyllis Swanson Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural District to an Agricultural 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on North side of Old Rd 30 & West of 600 W Key Number: 013-008-002 in Harrison Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    The legal description for Parcel No. 013-719014-78 is as follows:

    The west half of the northwest quarter of section 4, township 32 north, range 5 east, excepting therefrom the right-of-way of the Pittsburg, Ft. Wayne and Chicago Railroad and US Highway 30, which runs in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction over and across the same.

    Also excepting the following 9 tracts:

    (1) A tract of land located in the northwest quarter of section 4, township 32 north, range 5 east, 2nd PM, Harrison Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, further described as follows:  Beginning at a 5/8 inch iron pin marking the intersection of the centerline of County Road 600 West and the north right-of-way of Old US Highway 30,; thence north 00 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds east 581.54 feet (581.47 record) along said centerline to a PK nail marking the southwest corner of a tract of land described in Kosciusko County Recorder's Office Document #96051040; thence south 89 degrees 23 minutes 59 seconds east 231.83 feet along the south line of said tract to a 5/8 inch iron rebar; thence south 01 degree 23 minutes 35 seconds east 661.59 feet to a 3/8 inch iron pin in concrete on the north right-of-way of OLD US Highway 30, said pin marking the southwest corner of a tract of land descried in Kosciusko County Recorder's Office Document #2011060486; thence north 2 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds west 270.07 feet (north 71 degrees 45 minutes west 270.24 feet record) along said north right-of-way to the point of beginning and containing 3.485 acres more or less.

    Beginning at  PK nail at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 4, said point being located on the centerline of County Road 200 North, thence south 00 degrees 58 minute 21 seconds east, 1169.60 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence north 88 degrees 59 minutes west 46 seconds west, 881.79 feet to a PK nail located on the centerline of County Road 600 west, thence north 00 degrees 55 minutes 00 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds east, along said centerline, 1008.07 feet; thence northeasterly, along said centerline and along a curve to the right, 201.26 feet, said curve having a radius of 131.42 feet and subtended by a chord 182.16 feet bearing north 44 degrees 47 minutes 21 seconds east; thence north 88 degrees 39 minutes 43 seconds east, along the centerline of County Road 200 north, 717.53 feet to the point of beginning.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural 2 Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, March 3, 2021 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
