Notice of Public Hearing

    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Polk Equipment Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Public Use, Agricultural, and Commercial District to a Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located on West side of SR 13 Key Number: 007-086-105 in Turkey Creek Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land located in the west half of section 22, township 34 north, range 7 east, in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, ore specifically described as follows:

    Commencing at a point 50 feet south 01 degree 18 minutes 04 seconds east of the northwest corner of section 22, township 34 north, range 7 east, said point being the Point of beginning; thence north 87 degrees 43 minutes 51 seconds east to the right-of-way line of State Route 13; thence southeasterly on and along said right-of-way line of State Route 13 to a point that is 1520.81 feet, more or less north of the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of section 22, township 34 north, range 7 east, thence west by deed, found to be south 88 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds west 1456.97 feet to an iron pin; thence thence north 1771.0 feet by deed, found to be north 00 degrees 31 minutes 43 seconds west 1783.09 feet to an iron post set in concrete; thence west 1123.3 feet by deed, found to be south 89 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds west, 1123.09 feet to an iron pin; thence north 01 degrees 18 minutes 04 seconds west to the point of beginning.

    Commencing at a 4" steels post at the northwest corner of said section 22; thence south 01º19'09" east (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using NAD83 Indiana East coordinate system), 50.0 feet; thence north 87º42'46" east, 288.71 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of State Road 13; thence along said right-of-way for the next six calls; thence 1087.46 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 11414.15 feet and a chord bearing south 49º16'41" east, 1087.05 feet; thence south 46º32'55" east, 60.79 feet; thence north 43º27'05" east, 5.00 feet, thence south 46º32'55" east, 809.51 feet to a right-of-way marker; thence 59.40 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 1392.51 feet and a chord bearing south 45º19'35" east, 59.40 feet to a McCrea cap pin at the point of beginning; thence 537.00 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 1392.49 feet an a chord bearing south 33º03'25" east, 533.68 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence south 88º20'51" west, 622.00 feet to a McCrea cap in; thence north 01º47'10" west, 450.50 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence north 87ª 31'01" east, 345.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.25 acres more or less.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, December 2, 2020 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
