    TO:    THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF DONALD R. SPARKS, TODD A. CLARK AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF KAY L. PROMKHEIO F/K/A KAY L. SPARKS,  AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN:

    YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs have filed an action in the Kosciusko Circuit Court asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described as follows:

    Lot Number Two (2) in the Second Addition to Bar-A-Bee Shore Subdivision in Kosciusko County, Indiana, as same is reflected in the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 164, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    If you claim an interest in the real estate described herein, you or your attorney must file a response to Plaintiffs’ complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this Notice.  If you fail to respond to Plaintiffs’ complaint, the Court may grant Plaintiffs the relief requested.
