The Warsaw American Legion Post 49 presented a U.S. flag with eagle, pole and stand to Darryl McDowell, Kosciusko County veteran service officer. McDowell has be hard at work, since taking over as the new VSO, taking care of veterans and in his spare time putting some new touches on his office in the Justice Building, according to information provided by the Legion.
