Editor, Times-Union:
No one should need to write this.
One day, I drove to Oakwood Cemetery to revisit the grave site of my husband of 48 years. The artificial flowers I had put on the top of his gravemaker for the second year had been stolen. The second year to use the flowers, I had added a solar light. Is that what made someone think they should take the flowers?
Someone’s grave marker should be sacred. I become very upset each time I think about this.
