Why Not?
Thursday, April 14, 2022 1:00 AM
Editor, Times-Union:
It struck me. I am not a zealously religious person. However, a while ago in the middle of an “array” of prayers and readings that I frequently do, it did, indeed, strike me. Of all of the many I pray for and thank, who is the very most needy one? It is ... Putin!
That dictator of dictators, that how many horrible descriptions have we been giving him? Why have we not concluded that he, above everyone, is the most needy?
Shall we now revise our prayer time to include, emphasize, whatever we can do, to pray to our almighty God, our higher power for him?
