Treva N. Mann

Treva N. Mann, 98, peacefully passed away Tuesday morning, May 16, 2023, at Paddock Springs with family by her side.
She was born on Aug. 12, 1924, in Oberlin, Kan., to Erhard “Swede” F. and Eulalah Chappell Rydquist. She graduated from Warsaw High School.
In Warsaw on Dec. 8, 1944, Treva married Jack E. Mann. They would share 66 years together before his passing on March 4, 2011.
She was a loving housewife and raised their two boys, David and Ken. Treva worked at NIPSCO as a cashier and as a clerk for the Warsaw Carters Department Store. She loved to play cards and being with her family and friends.
Treva is dearly missed by her son, Ken (Diana) Mann, of Warsaw; and daughter-in-law, Debra Mann, of Warsaw; grandchildren: Tyrone (Mary Ellen) Mann, Monica Purdy, Kerry (Holly) Mann, Kory (Courtney) Mann and Kevin Keeney; great-grandchildren: Jackson and Preston Mann, Gavyn and Isabella Purdy, Derek and Danica Mann.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; her son, David; her sister, Vanetta “Peg” Garber; and her parents.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30 from 10 a.m. to noon at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. Funeral services will follow at noon with Pastor Jeff Pfeifer officiating.
Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
