Thomas H. 'Tom' Able

Thomas H. “Tom” Able, 70, of Silver Lake, passed away at 2:05 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw.
He was born on March 19, 1950, in Huntington, to David T. and Mary Catherine Clark Able.
He grew up in South Whitley, graduated from South Whitley High School and moved to Silver Lake 20 years ago. He was a self-employed truck driver for 30-plus years for various companies.
He is survived by two sisters:?Faye (Barth) Ragatz, of Fort Wayne; and Patricia (Rick) Rowe, of Garrett; fiancee, Victoria “Vicki” Sellers, of Silver Lake; and daughter, Shannon (Chad) Frederick, of Wolcottville.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
