He was preceded in death by both parents; his wife, Mary Higgins; and brother, Tom Higgins.
A gathering in celebration of Dick’s life will be held at Pathway Church of Warsaw on Saturday, April 24 at 1 p.m. Pastor Jarod Osborne will be officiating the service. Interment will be private in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with military honors rendered by V.F.W. #1126 and American Legion Post #49.
