Filemon Velazquez-Coyomani, 42, Warsaw, died at 10:32 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

He was born Nov. 22, 1978, in Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, to Saturnina Coyomani and Adolfo Velazquez.  Filemon married Rosario Perez in November 2013.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.  

Filemon’s life will be celebrated by Father Constantino Rocha, with a private family Mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Warsaw.  A private graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.
