Fort Wayne Wayne at Warsaw

Warsaw opened up IHSAA 3A Sectional 7 with a statement win over Fort Wayne Wayne Monday, defeating the visitors 11-0 in just sixty minutes as the game was called off due to mercy rule. The Tigers are now 13-3-1.

Callen O’Brien, Tito Sanchez, Eddie Escutio and Talan Asay each had two goals for Warsaw. The Tigers will face off with undefeated Fort Wayne Northrop Wednesday for a spot in the sectional championship.

Wawasee at West Noble

Wawasee had its season ended in the opening game of IHSAA 2A Sectional 20 at Angola Monday, falling 4-0 to West Noble. The Warriors finish their season with a 6-10-1 record.

Weston McClintin made 10 saves in net for Wawasee. The Warriors will return next season.

Tippecanoe Valley at Wabash

Tippecanoe Valley continues to peak at the right time, winning its opening game of

IHSAA 2A Sectional 22 Monday. The Vikings defeated host school Wabash 3-1 to earn their eleventh win in a row. Tippy Valley is now 14-3.

Jonathan Ruiz, who continues a fantastic season, scored all three goals for the Vikings. Gio Arriaga and Carson Craft each added an assist. Ty Jones made eight saves in net. Tippecanoe Valley will face off with Manchester on Wednesday night for a spot in the sectional championship.
