Warsaw closed out its baseball regular season by dropping both its games in the Tiger Tournament Saturday, falling to sectional foe Penn 10-3 and 5-4 to DeKalb in the third-place game.
Against the Kingsmen, Jordan Steffensmeier had two of the Tigers’ seven hits. Jordan Jones took the loss on the mound, and the Tigers were charged with four errors.
Alex Miller, Justin Kerchner and Jared Howley had two hits each for the Tigers against the Barons, and Warsaw had a total of nine hits.
The Tigers finished the regular season at 13-10, and will face the Kingsmen in the first game of the 4A Penn Sectional on Tuesday.
