ELKHART – Warsaw closed out its baseball regular season with a 10-7 win at Elkhart Central Monday night.
Henry Howard had a three-run homer for the Tigers. Zach Witt doubled twice in the game, with Liam Patton and Braxton Tennant adding two hits each.
Justin Kerschner was the winning pitcher, going 3-2/3 innings, allowing five runs on five hits and a walk, while striking out two.
The junior varsity game went to the Tigers, 18-2 over Central.
The Tigers finish the regular season at 14-11, and will take on host Penn in the 4A sectional in Osceola on Thursday.
