KENDALLVILLE – Paced by senior Madi Graham’s 89, the Warsaw Lady Tiger golf team finished fifth in the East Noble Invitational at Noble Hawk Golf Links Saturday.
DeKalb won the team title, beating Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger by a shot. Northern Lakes Conference member Concord was third, and Huntington North was fourth.
Senior Page Desenberg shot a 97, followed by Izzy Ray’s 99. Madelyn Raywith a 102 and Delaney Whiebrink at 109 for Warsaw.
“Izzy Ray reached a new personal best by shooting 99,” Warsaw head coach Tad Nieter said. “The team improved our score from last year at this tournament by 22 shots.”
The Lady Tigers resumed action this morning at the Fort Wayne Canterbury Invitational at Chestnut Hills Golf Club.
