• 6:34 p.m. Thursday - Rick Leslie Kensinger, 39, of 519 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and maintaining a common nuisance - controlled substances. No bond set.

• 7:16 p.m. Thursday - Rick Anthony Lupica, 51, of 814 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance - controlled substances. No bond set.

• 7:42 p.m. Thursday - Lee Ann Lowrance, 36, of 519 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and maintaining a common nuisance - controlled substance/drug paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 11:13 p.m. Thursday - Breanna Xan Stephens, 20, of 594 W. CR 1300S, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11:43 p.m. Thursday - Marion Earl Beezley, 40, of 811 S. Main St., North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:38 a.m. Friday - Jon R. Huse, 38, of 5073 W. Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 6:02 a.m. Friday - Caleb James Jenkins, 24, of 2610 Harmony Court, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.

• 10 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of South Old Ind. 15 and Yvonna Street, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Christopher N. Cramer, 29, South Manor Drive, Syracuse; Dustin S. Jansma, 30, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Injuries: Cramer complained of chest pain; Jansma complained of right leg pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:27 p.m. Thursday - 201 S. Detroit St., Warsaw. Van hit parked vehicle registered to Janic J. Mauk, Detroit Street, Warsaw. Driver: Michael W. Thomas, 27, West Country Drive, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:27 a.m. Friday - North Ind. 13, 200 feet of North Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Aaron D. Bontreger, 30, North CR 250E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:53 a.m. Friday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 550S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Mercedes K. Miller, 22, Urbana. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 10:36 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 200 block of Old Ind. 15, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 2:09 p.m. Thursday - A cedar chest was reported stolen in the 8200 block of East CR 1290N, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 3:13 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 300 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:58 p.m Thursday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block of North Hickory Street, Claypool. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 5:25 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for reckless driving in the 100 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. CPD.

• 7:25 p.m. Thursday - A suicidal person was reported in the 100 block of East Bell Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:20 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1100 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:57 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 2600 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
