• 11:37 a.m. Monday - Joshua R. Mahns, 28, of 10080 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $2,750.

• 3:09 p.m. Monday - Emilee R. Staab, 22, of 6290 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.

• 3:48 p.m. Monday - Bobby G. Fillmore, 34, of 5583 N. CR 825E, North Webster, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.

• 8:46 p.m. Monday - Shane M. Ostendorf, 34, of 626 Nancy St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and possession of a handgun without a license. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:12 p.m. Monday - Claudio Guzman, 23, of 504 Frazier St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 11:59 p.m. Monday - Gage M. Wood, 27, Auburn, arrested for false informing and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $600.

• 2:36 a.m. Tuesday - James T. Whitaker, 59, of 4095 S. Canary Court, Mentone, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,250.

• 3 a.m. Tuesday - Clifton W. Davis, 43, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #218, Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $25,250.

• 9:14 a.m. Monday - North East Wawasee Drive, 1,000 feet south of East CR 1400N, Syracuse. Car left roadway, rolled. Driver: Joe T. Lynn, 21, Goshen. Injuries: Lynn was taken by ambulance to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, for facial injuries. A passenger, Mendella J. Dolph, 41, Goshen, was flown by helicopter to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, for internal abdominal injuries. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:05 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 15, 933 feet north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Trent L. Landrigan, 25, East CR 700S, Pierceton; Ana M. Beck, 42, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Injury: Beck was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for complaint of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:19 p.m. Monday - North CR 800W, 2 feet north of West U.S. 30, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Herbert B. Clark, 65, Kewanna; Jonathan M. Floyd, 28, Fort Wayne; Ryan P. Lane, 30, Elkhart. Injury: Clark was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for complaint of head pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. WPD and KCSO.

• 12:04 a.m. Tuesday - East Ind. 14, 32 feet east of South County Farm Road, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Megan E. Reneker, 35, East CR 250S, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 5:32 a.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 25, 100 feet south of South CR 550W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Keith A. McSherry, 56, West CR 600S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 5:47 a.m. Tuesday - West Hepton Road, 500 feet east of North CR 850W, Nappanee. SUV hit deer. Driver: Monique R. Harris, 25, West Hepton Road, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:48 p.m. Monday - A man reported clothing and medical equipment was stolen in the 4100 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:14 p.m. Monday - Police responded to a report of an out of control juvenile in the 1100 block of North Arbutus Trail, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 6:18 p.m. Monday - A woman said a $1,000 check was stolen in the 500 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:31 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 1000 block of East Arthur Street, Warsaw, for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. WPD.

• 8:32 p.m. Monday - Police responded to the 3700 block of West Old 30, Warsaw, and issued an emergency detention order. KCSO.

• 11:02 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for a foreign warrant and false informing. WPD.

• 12:13 a.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.

• 12:30 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. WPD.
