• 6:17 p.m. Monday - Christopher A. Fuller, 48, of 418 W. River Chase Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 6:52 p.m. Monday - Matthew D. Mahaska, 28, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:59 p.m. Monday - Benjamin R. Stogsdill, 33, of 105 E. Sunset Drive, Bourbon, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, dealing marijuana and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:29 p.m. Monday - Whitney S. Irwin, 31, of 2911 17C Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and dealing marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:35 p.m. Monday - Erika J. Bruner, 31, of 11090 N. Wawasee Circle West, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 10:04 p.m. Monday - Jayson L. Howey, 38, of 7881 E. CR 500S, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement, public intoxication and burglary. Bond: $750.

• 1:55 a.m. Tuesday - Jason E. Murrah, 48, of 1092 Greene Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:01 p.m. Monday - West CR 250N, 500 feet west of North CR 100E, Warsaw. SUV hit fence owned by the city of Warsaw at 3000 N. Airport Road, Warsaw. Driver: Gwenneth I. Long, 22, EMS C28E Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:17 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 3600 block of North Barbee Road, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:22 a.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.
