The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:25 a.m. Wednesday - Tyler L. Rex, 21, Elkhart, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:33 a.m. Wednesday - Nathan L. Chupp, 34, of 6097 W. CR 550N, Warsaw, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $10,250.

• 10:36 a.m. Wednesday - Kaitlin A. Powell, 32, of 1001 N. Harrison St., #2, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $500.

• 1:21 p.m. Wednesday - Alonzo J. Villarreal, 21, of 301 S. First St., North Manchester, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.

• 7:20 p.m. Wednesday - Debra S. Carr, 56, of 624 Buck Trail, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:55 p.m. Wednesday - Logan R. Neidlinger, 25, of 3762 W. Old 30, #638, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:06 a.m. Thursday - Devin D. Davis, 19, of 641 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Bond: $700.

• 5:34 a.m. Thursday - Dietrich D. Alosi, 27, of 641 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

Accidents

• 3:49 p.m. Wednesday - East Winona Avenue, 100 feet west of East Smith Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Driver of the SUV is unknown and left the scene before police arrived; driver remaining: Crystal Rodriguez, 35, East Smith Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:56 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 19, 10 feet north of West CR 950N, Warsaw. SUV-horse collision. Driver: Jim E. Hamilton, 49, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Horse owned by Jesse Miller, no address provided. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:46 p.m. Wednesday - A toolbox was reported stolen in the 6200 block of South CR 450W, Claypool. Value: $300. KCSO.

• 3:49 p.m. Wednesday - A hit and run was reported in the 1700 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:37 p.m. Wednesday - Deception was reported in the 700 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:32 p.m. Wednesday - A driver was arrested in the 1900 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, for possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.
