• 9:18 p.m. Sunday - Brittany F. Huff, 32, Goshen, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:51 p.m. Sunday - James A. Runyon, 49, of 1021 S. CR 675W, Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $25,250.

• 5:45 a.m. Monday - Jamal T. Smith, 34, South Bend, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a handgun without a license and a felon in possession of a firearm. Bond: $10,250.

• 10:30 a.m. Monday - Charlie Gutierrez, 19, of 5783 N. CR 75E, Leesburg, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a lookalike drug and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:25 p.m. Monday - Brandi L. Maike, 35, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 3:14 p.m. Monday - William P. Clutter, 41, of 811 S. Main St., North Webster, arrested on two warrants. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:50 p.m. Monday - Amber C. Hassell, 38, of 5405 N. Sawgrass Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. Bond: $700.

• 5:28 p.m. Monday - Dereck N. Ferrell, 28, of 901 S. Jenna St., South Whitley, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:04 p.m. Monday - Shasta N. Danies, 27, Rochester, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 8:11 p.m. Monday - Kayse S. Hamman, 40, of 107 N. Acorn St., Apt. B, Syracuse, arrested for theft, felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:37 a.m. Tuesday - Kalie M. Hamlin, 26, Argos, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 4:33 a.m. Tuesday - Nicholas J. Silva, 21, of 611 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 7:36 a.m. Tuesday - Justin R. West, 29, of 680 N. CR 650W, Pierceton, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

Accident

• 3:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Smith Street and North Bay Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Caroline Hastings, 18, East Blossom Lane, Warsaw; Tyson A. Gaff, 45, North Calhoun Street, South Whitley. Injuries: Gaff was checked by medics on scene for complaint of back pain and signed off on any further treatment. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:26 a.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15, 200 feet south of South Main Street, Leesburg. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Blake W. Tipton, 22, West CR 1400N, Silver Lake;  Brett A. Kreft, 29, West Monoquet Road, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:12 a.m. Tuesday - East Beer Road, 2,500 feet west of North CR 175E, Milford. Car hit deer. Driver: Paul R. Long, 55, North Grandview Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.



Incidents

• 2:01 p.m. Monday - A driver was arrested in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. WPD.

• 3:01 p.m. Monday - Police requested a warrant for the arrest of a driver in the 2500 block of West CR 550S, Claypool, for driving while suspended charges. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 9:14 p.m. Monday - A cell phone was reported found in the 3700 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:47 p.m. Monday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving. KCSO.

• 2:46 a.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 600 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
