• 11:48 a.m. Monday - Eric W. Woods, 31, of 822 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $20,250.

• 2:55 p.m. Monday - Willard G. Solberg, 46, Culver, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.

• 5:40 p.m. Monday - Dustin A. Bonar, 34, of 9639 E. Seneca Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 9:05 p.m. Monday - James C. Shuster II, 27, of 824 E. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:45 p.m. Monday - Morris Patrick, 56, of 105 N. Franklin St., Sidney, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 3 a.m. Tuesday - Tasha L. Livinghouse-Alexander, 45, of 773 Chapman Lake Drive #3, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 1:44 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 15, 33 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Philip E. Charters, 75, East CR 1000N, Syracuse; Damien D. Howard, 21, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:25 p.m. Monday - 850 N. Harrison St., Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Alishia N. Bennett, 34, North Runkle Drive, Warsaw; Laura A. York, 44, North Aspen Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:34 p.m. Monday - North CR 750E, 15 feet south of East CR 500N, Leesburg. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Chelsea Emerick, 31, Columbia City; Joseph C. Miller, 44, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 5:02 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 1300N, 1,000 feet west of North Kern Road, Syracuse. Car hit utility pole owned by NIPSCO, Merrillville, and mailbox owned by Andrew L. Knox, East CR 1300N, Syracuse. Driver: Darrick N. Young, 20, North Perry Drive, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 2 p.m. Monday - An employee of Discount Tire in the 800 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw, reported a counterfeit $100 bill was used. WPD.

• 4:38 p.m. Monday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reporting shoplifting had occurred at the store. WPD.

• 5:04 p.m. Monday - A death investigation was opened in the 400 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:23 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:39 a.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 600 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.
