• 6:37 p.m. Tuesday - Sheena M. Shepherd, 35, of 602 N. Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested for a warrant. No bond listed.

• 6:43 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan J. Sparks, 34, Royal Center, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:41 p.m. Wednesday - Margarita E. Rodriguez, 44, Chicago, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:05 p.m. Wednesday - Michele S. Kuhn, 49, of 901 S. Caleb Court, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 3:11 p.m. Wednesday - Michael D. Kuhn, 49, of 901 S. Caleb Court, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 3:49 p.m. Wednesday - Jimmie L. Underwood Jr., 34, South Bend, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $15,250.

• 3:34 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Meijer Drive and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Zachery L. Enyeart, 27, North Calhoun Street, South Whitley; Ressie Burrows, 45, Duluth, Minn. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:37 p.m. Wednesday - West CR 700S, 1,000 feet east of South CR 200W, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Maranda L. Martinez, 25, South Church Street, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:03 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 800W, 1,500 feet south of West CR 750N, Nappanee. Car hit two deer. Driver: Bailey R. Mauk, 21, South CR 500W, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
