• 9:24 a.m. Tuesday - Javard Frierson, 32, Chicago, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 10:10 a.m. Tuesday - Julie A. Decker, 38, of 597 S. Old Ind. 13, #11, Pierceton, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:22 a.m. Tuesday - Tia L. Latta, 35, Huntertown, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:43 a.m. Tuesday - Jeremy L. Coburn, 40, of 15534 U.S. 6, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:16 p.m. Tuesday - Stephanie N. Followell, 37, Fort Wayne, arrested for domestic battery against a family member younger than 14 years old and strangulation. Bond: $6,000.

• 10:28 p.m. Tuesday - Jacob S. Herrod, 28, Jacksonville, Ark., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:29 p.m. Tuesday - Ethan L. Hibbs, 18, of 406 W. Himes St., North Webster, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Bond: $700.

• 1:34 a.m. Tuesday - North CR 175E, 500 feet north of East CR 175N, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Colton J. Cretcher, 32, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:26 p.m. Tuesday - Eisenhower Parkway, 300 feet east of South West Point Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Community Schools school bus sideswiped pickup truck. Registered owner’s information not available. Driver: Kathryn D. Lee, 64, EMS B6B Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:21 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Semi-car collision. Drivers: Lucjan W. Kiejkowski, 59, Des Plaines, Ill.; Ryan A. Kahler, 62, West Fifth Street, Milford. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:52 p.m. Tuesday - South Harkless Drive, 300 feet north of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Pickup hit fire hydrant owned by the town of Syracuse, West Conrad Street, Syracuse, and a utility pole owned by NIPSCO, Merrillville. Driver: Ethan L. Hibbs, 18, West Himes Street, North Webster. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 12 p.m. Tuesday - Harassment was reported in the 16400 block of Gumwood Road, Argos. WPD.

• 2:09 p.m. Tuesday - A demented person as reported in the 600 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:33 p.m. Tuesday - A demented person was reported in the 100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:18 p.m. Tuesday - Police responded to the 6000 block of North CR 450E, Leesburg, for an attempted burglary. KCSO.

• 11:38 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was ticketed in the 100 block of North CR 225E, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.
