The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 10 a.m. Wednesday - Jeremy R. Weisser, 33, of 300 W. High St., Syracuse, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

• 3:15 p.m. Wednesday - Scotty L. Van Hawk, 48, Cassopolis, Mich., arrested for invasion of privacy and intimidation. Bond: $20,250.

• 5:44 p.m. Wednesday - Wesley Smith, 20, of 27 Pequignot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 9:38 p.m. Wednesday - Lisa A. Mitchell, 48, Bremen, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $600.

• 10:16 p.m. Wednesday - Tabitha R. Bunch, 20, homeless, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 4:22 a.m. Thursday - Jay D. Castleberry, 50, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:28 a.m. Thursday - James D. Jacobs, 35, of 212 S. Union St., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe, possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:49 a.m. Thursday - Jaimelee C. Grizzle, 37, Huntington, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.

• 6:10 p.m. Wednesday - East Center Street, 50 feet west of North Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Four-vehicle pile-up. Drivers: Timothy J. Blackburn, 29, South Columbia Street, Warsaw; Estefani R. Ramirez, 21, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Breanna L. Kruger, 21, East Rochester Street, Akron; Jennifer G. Logan, 31, Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.


• 12:46 a.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:28 a.m. Wednesday - Police responded to a burglary in progress in the 2200 block of South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:52 p.m. Wednesday - Drug paraphernalia was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:19 a.m. Thursday - People were arrested in the 200 block of South Union Street, Warsaw, for possession of drugs. WPD.

• 5:37 a.m. Thursday - Police requested a warrant for a person in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.
