• 5:25 p.m. Tuesday - Credit card fraud was reported in the 800 block of North Old Ind. 15, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 5:50 p.m. Tuesday - A hit and run was reported at Wooden Cemetery, Inc., in the 900 block of South CR 800W, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 11:41 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop in the 100 block of Kings Highway, Winona Lake, resulted in the arrest of the driver for possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 12:07 p.m. Wednesday - Theft was reported in the 300 block of South West Street, Milford. MPD.

• 7:15 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of a 20 ounce bottle of Pepsi. Value: $1.89. WPD.

• 2:18 a.m. Thursday - A man reported his moped was stolen in the 1000 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Value: $1,700. WPD.
