• 7:33 p.m. Sunday - Joel Craig Loftus, 36, Angola, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor, resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years and obstruction of justice. No bond set.

• 7:47 p.m. Sunday - Benjamin Brice Sherrill, 35, of 1366 S. Ferguson Road, Warsaw, arrested for strangulation, domestic battery and confinement. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:46 p.m. Sunday - Jonathan Charles, 35, of 602 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $630.03.

• 9:31 p.m. Sunday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 48, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $400.

• 9:44 p.m. Sunday - Gabriel Dave De La Cruz, 35, of 1108 W. Canal St., Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:36 p.m. Sunday - Michael Alan Garman, 34, of 3663 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 11:16 p.m. Sunday - Seth Daniel Danning, 35, Hudson, arrested for obstruction of justice. No bond listed.

• 1:31 a.m. Monday - Timothy Hugh Branning, 38, Columbia City, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 10:12 a.m. Monday - Nicholas Scott Silvers, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for escape. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:18 a.m. Monday - Mariah Nell Smead, 21, of 72833 CR 29, #12, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $2,500.

• 10:43 a.m. Monday - Brandon Taylor Hooper, 22, Lansing, Mich., arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 12:15 p.m. Monday - Daniel Lee Haab, 51, of 9631 E. Pixie Pkwy., Cromwell, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

• 4:48 p.m. Friday - South Ind. 15, 50 feet south of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Herschel L. Sears, 67, West Baker Street, Warsaw; Taylin M. Fox, 19, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg; David A. Reichard, 68, South Julian Drive, Warsaw; Mariah A. Bradford, 21, South Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Injury: Bradford complained of neck pain but refused medical attention at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:50 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Alisha D. Hurd, 33, North Edgewater Street, Silver Lake; Diane K. Jones, 31, East Market Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Hurd went to a hospital the day after the accident with bruising to her left shoulder, pinched nerve and muscle spasms; Jones complained of neck pain but refused to go to a hospital for further evaluation. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:08 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Elaine A. Munson, 82, East CR 375S, Warsaw; Ethan L. Cooper, 28, Tippecanoe. Injuries: Munson complained of pain in her head and right leg and was checked out at scene by EMS but refused to be taken to a hospital; Cooper complained of head pain and was checked out by EMS at the scene but refused to be taken to a hospital; Ramona J. Lantz, 84, East Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw, a passenger in Munson’s car, complained of chest pain and was checked out at the scene by EMS but refused to be taken to a hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. • 2:12 p.m. Saturday - West Market Street, 100 feet east of South Washington Street, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Steven D. Peters, 50, Columbia City; Jeffrey D. Madding, 39, Bluebird Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:51 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of East Old 30 and North CR 300E, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit car and fled the scene. Driver remaining: Steven A. Anker, 62, EMS B38 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:53 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of Rozella Road and Ford Lane, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Adam D. Eagleson, 24, West Ind. 25, Mentone; Janet L. Blair, 68, Rochester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:23 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West CR 550S and South CR 400W, Claypool. SUV went off the road and down an embankment. Driver: Amy J. Dickerhoff, 51, South Franklin Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 2:05 p.m. Friday - A traffic stop occurred in the 5400 block of South CR 400W, Claypool. The driver fled in a vehicle, which led to a pursuit. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 5:46 p.m. Friday - A domestic battery involving juveniles was reported in the 800 block of Wexford Place, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:31 p.m. Friday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported shoplifting. Taken were consumable goods. Value: $518.54. WPD.

• 8:52 p.m. Friday - A pickup truck was parked in the middle of the road, running, with feet hanging out the driver’s side window, in the 12600 block of North Warner Road, Syracuse. KCSO.
