The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:54 p.m. Monday - Michael James Parkey, 35, Edwardsburg, Mich., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.

• 3:47 p.m. Monday - Brandon Lee Warren, 42, of 302 N. Bronson St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage. No bond set.

• 4:58 p.m. Monday - Benjamin Scott Wells, 33, of 508 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for making a false sales document. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:31 a.m. Tuesday - Erik Alejandro Rosales, 25, of 3301 Greenhaven St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $850.

• 11:14 a.m. Tuesday - Richard Lawrence Davis, 34, Plymouth, arrested for stalking violations. Bond: $11,000.

Personal Injury


• 5:35 p.m. Monday - East Center Street, 250 feet west of East Lake Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Mya N. Adame, 18, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw; Andrew C. Windbigler, 32, North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Adame was taken to a hospital for internal injuries to the abdomen/pelvis. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage


• 6:36 a.m. Monday - East Old 30, 400 feet east of Braller Road, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Kimberly S. Carson, 55, Churubusco. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:35 a.m. Monday - East Pope Street, 40 feet east of McClellan Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Bryce M. Pequignot, 22, North Lincoln Park, Warsaw; Susan K. Bellamy, 60, West Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:04 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Ind. 25 and South CR 250W, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Justin F. Vining, 40, South County Farm Road, Claypool; Cedar C. Jones, 21, East CR 200N, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:50 p.m. Monday - 1631 Chestnut St., Winona Lake. Driver: Ryan M. Moore, 34, 2191 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. SUV hit parked vehicle registered to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, West Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:28 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Lauren C. Fertig, 23, Powell, Ohio; Rachel D. Beverly, 51, South CR 275E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 5:05 a.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 13, 1,000 feet south of East CR 1250S, North Manchester. Car hit deer. Driver: Kathy L. Terrel, 59, East CR 1250S, North Manchester. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSO.


• 2:05 a.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 15300 block of U.S. 6, Syracuse. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 1:45 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for confinement and strangulation in the 100 block of EMS W29 Lane, North Webster. KCSO.

• 2:59 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:31 a.m. Tuesday - A GPS screen and paving equipment were reported stolen in the 8400 block of East CR 350N, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 9:13 a.m. Monday - A suicide/attempt/threats of suicide was reported in the 900 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:26 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage in the 200 block of North Scott Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:22 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for theft, making a false sales document and possession of a controlled substance in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
