• 3:52 p.m. Tuesday - Gatlyn Kamron Eagle, 22, Wabash, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 6:07 p.m. Tuesday - Javier Garza, 27, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 111, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond: $750.

• 8:46 p.m. Tuesday - Deonte Dwight Haymon, 26, Gary, arrested for false certificate of registration for motor vehicle. Bond: $450.

• 9:36 a.m. Wednesday - Franklin Dean Hibshman Jr., 34, of 708 W. Main St., Mentone, arrested on three charges of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:10 p.m. Wednesday - Katlyn Elizabeth Walton, 30, of 3757 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:07 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Abdull J. Ileeye, 37, Burnsville, Minn.; Carlos Nunez, 47, South Morton Street, Warsaw; Melissa L. Popp, 51, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Injuries: Ileeye complained of chest pain; Nunez had minor bleeding to the head; Popp complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated

• 5:12 a.m. Tuesday - West Ind. 25, 32 feet west of South CR 550W, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Jody A. Hart, 64, Rochester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:27 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 200 feet north of West CR 200S, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Michael R. Smith, 50, Lafontaine. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.



Incidents

• 7:28 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot in the 1100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 4:21 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated. A person was arrested for disorderly conduct, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and resisting a law enforcement officer in the 100 block of North Beechwood Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:28 p.m. Tuesday - A false certification of registration for a motor vehicle was reported in the 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:42 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 700 block of North Cook Street, Warsaw. WPD.
