• 12:06 p.m. Monday - Troy L. Johnson, 50, of 721 S. Mary Lafern St., North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 2:25 p.m. Monday - Corina Marie Kauffman, 43, of 2926 E. Longspur Lane, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 4:05 p.m. Monday - Codi Allen Stout, 31, of 502 W. Jackson St., Mentone, arrested for felony probation violation and two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:32 p.m. Monday - Rachelle Dale Dickey, 29, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, #1, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:31 p.m. Monday - Nathan Richard Yoder, 32, of 9604 N. Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.

• 8:11 p.m. Monday - Joshua Edward Jellison, 40, Hudson, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 8:11 p.m. Monday - Amanda Ann Strunk, 46, Kendallville, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 10:36 p.m. Monday - Christopher Paul Sharkey, 31, of 1118 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $10,500.

• 11:22 p.m. Monday - Alishia Nicole Bennett, 34, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:41 p.m. Monday - Kala Ellen Tharp, 27, of 708 South Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond set.

• 3:35 a.m. Tuesday - Joshua Allan Miller, 31, homeless, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:53 a.m. Monday - North CR 400E, 500 feet north of CR 100N, Warsaw. SUV swerved to hit deer, struck embankment and culvert before coming to rest in a corn field. Driver: Layton R. Cooper, 16, South CR 350E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:25 p.m. Sunday - South Ind. 25, 200 feet west of South CR 600W, Warsaw. Car hit a state highway warning sign. Driver: Sarah L. Akers, 43, Rochester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 10:23 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West CR 500N and North CR 200W, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: James M. Crisp, 40, West CR 900N, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
