• 9:53 p.m. Sunday - Catherine S. Krejca, 66, Aurora, Ill., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage. No bond set.

• 1:48 a.m. Monday - Jose Lazaro Barrera, 42, of 2762 W. Old 30, #450, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test, resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 2:46 a.m. Monday - Jose Moyotl, 26, of 1202 Wooster Road, #46, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, refusal to submit to a chemical test, neglect of a dependant/child violations and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.

• 6:49 p.m. Sunday - North CR 175E, 1,000 feet south of EMS C24 Lane, Warsaw. Car hit curve sign and tree. Driver: Lucas Anael, 31, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Injury: Anael had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko?County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
