• 3:25 p.m. Monday - Jenna Renee Heiman, 37, of 11194 N. Honeycomb Lane, Cromwell, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

• 7:45 p.m. Monday - Michael Alan Galloway, 27, Rochester, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 10:20 p.m. Monday - Autumn Sharease Helblig, 30, of 422 S. Union St., #A, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 2:03 a.m. Tuesday - Elizabeth Ileane Likens, 35, of 307 Mineral Springs Ave., #2, Winona Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,700.

• 5:33 a.m. Tuesday - Dontice Devon Greer, 40, Huntington, arrested for strangulation, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. No bond set.

• 1:37 p.m. Tuesday - Gavin Ryan Heckaman, 30, Westfield, arrested on two bench warrants. Bond: $1,000.

• 9:04 a.m. Sunday - East Benton Street, 34 feet south of North Front Street, Syracuse. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Michael C. Ashman, Muncie. Driver: Ginger E. Abbs, 65, East Benton Street, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
