• 2:35 p.m. Tuesday - Crystal L. Mayfield, 31, Lombard, Ill., arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot. Bond: $750.

• 7:23 p.m. Tuesday - Jerry Wayne Hendrix Jr., 23, Hinesville, Ga., arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 2 a.m. Wednesday - Lanti Helen Stump, 41, of 5903 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:10 a.m. Wednesday - Christopher Ashley Padovan, 36, Boulder, Colo., arrested on two charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 2:55 a.m. Wednesday - Juan Daniel Rivera-Loaeza, 26, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #49, Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:07 a.m. Wednesday - Blane Matthew Neer, 21, of 523 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for false informing and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $600.

• 11:11 a.m. Wednesday - Travis Lee Pierce, 32, of 902 W. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation and two charges of burglary. Bond: $19,750.

• 6:01 a.m. Tuesday - East Old 30, 200 feet east of South CR 450E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Zachary N. Foreman, 31, South Oak Pointe Xing, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:40 a.m. Wednesday - 1606 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Robin J. Martin, 59, East Rookstool Road, Syracuse; Dawn F. Sanchez, 68, North CR 100E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:06 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for battery against a public safety official engaged in official duty, public intoxication by alcohol and resisting a law enforcement officer by fighting in the 2600 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:27 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:31 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2400 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:23 p.m. Tuesday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 900 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:20 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 500 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:19 p.m. Tuesday - A suicide attempt was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:13 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 10200 block of West Ind. 25, Mentone. KCSO.

• 1:03 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 1800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:23 a.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of North Scott Street, Warsaw. WPD.
