• 1:41 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Ray Pickett, 36, Osceola, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $500.
• 2:06 p.m. Wednesday - James Henry Delacruz, 39, of 3337 E. Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:21 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew Jeffrey Kline, 35, Wabash, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:34 p.m. Wednesday - Carlos Jose Mendez, 18, of 101 Warner Drive, #13, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 4:24 p.m. Wednesday - Seth Douglass Castleman, 21, of 478 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:03 p.m. Wednesday - Damen Kane Lowery, 36, Lebanon Junction, Ky., arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:39 p.m. Wednesday - Jerry Wayne Jilton, 33, of 9691 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, resisting a law enforcement officer by fighting, battery against a public safety official engaged in official duty, two charges of possession of methamphetamine and felony probation violation.
• 8:08 p.m. Wednesday - Mitchell Edward Robinson, 37, of 1400 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:44 p.m. Wednesday - Kalyah Eyvashi Jantawi, 26, Fort Wayne, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 12:21 a.m. Thursday - Ruben Esparza Ornelas, 24, of 1019 E. North Winds Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear, misdemeanor failure to appear and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $10,250.
• 2:44 a.m. Thursday - William Henry Mayle, 39, of 120 Wabash Ave., North Manchester, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
• 11:20 a.m. Thursday - Alisa Jordan Davis, 28, of 1306 St. Marys Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:10 p.m. Thursday - Jakob Lee Hernandez, 22, South Bend, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body with a prior within seven years. Bond: $5,000.

• 3:04 p.m. Wednesday - South Buffalo Street, 120 feet south of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Daniel J. Barbre, 21 Richmond, Ind.; Chandler E. Paul, 24, Saint Marys Drive, Warsaw; Terry L. Edgell, 65, Lafayette. Injury: Barbre had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:57 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Parker Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Rosio J. Sanchez, 24, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw; Juan A. Mariscal-Ruvalcab, 20, North Winds Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Mariscal-Ruvalcab complained of back pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:13 p.m. Wednesday - East Ind. 14, 2,000 feet south of South Ind. 13, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Dallas Howard, 73, Liberty Mills. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:21 a.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:08 a.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1900 block of Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 10:39 a.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1700 block of Crescent Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 11:56 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 300 block of West Pike Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:43 p.m. Wednesday - A wallet was reported in the 1100 block of Country Club Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:44 p.m. Wednesday - A strangulation investigation was opened in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:06 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1300 block of Ranch Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:27 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 600 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:23 p.m .Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage in the 200 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:11 p.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 600 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:46 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 4600 block of East CR 650N, Leesburg. KCSO.
• 1:02 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 3500 block of South CR 275E, Warsaw. WPD.
