• 8:33 p.m. Monday - Jorge E. Garcia, 20, of 300 Pieta St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining license and reckless driving. No bond set.
• 10:23 p.m. Monday - Marco Iran Guzman, 33, of 123 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 11:41 p.m. Monday - Austin Nathaniel Zarse, 27, of 576 W. CR 675N, Leesburg, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:53 a.m. Tuesday - Jeffrey Michael Watkins, 58, of 445 W. Clearwater Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.
• 4:56 a.m. Tuesday - Christopher Aaron Borton, 29, of 1110 E. CR 225S, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:57 a.m. Tuesday - Slatery Maldonado Costilla, 46, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 2:23 p.m. Tuesday - Mathew Edward Ryan Ewing, 32, of 1717 S. CR 650E, Akron, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 8:47 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher Andrew McVay, 37, Macy, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.
• 8:56 p.m. Tuesday - Jacob Allen Wheat, 21, of 1199 N. Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell, arrested for resisting law enforcement, battery against a public safety official engaged in official duty, false informing, public intoxication by alcohol and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 11:44 p.m. Tuesday - David Jeremiah Gaff, 44, of 625 N. Colfax St., #C, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery with bodily injury. Bond: $600.
• 1:33 a.m. Wednesday - Brandon Timothey Eads, 36, of 304 W. Walnut St., Claypool, arrested for invasion of privacy, resisting law enforcement - fighting, criminal trespass and residential entry. No bond set.
• 1:38 a.m. Wednesday - Casey William Whitehurst, 33, of 305 N. CR 700W, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of cocaine or narcotic drugs and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.
• 2:51 a.m. Wednesday - Eli Jackson Kitt, 23, Bluffton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Injuries: Stiver had swelling, bruising and bleeding near the right shin and ankle; Kratzsch had a contusion to the elbow/lower arm; a passenger in Stiver’s vehicle, Gary R. Stacy, 53, East CR 300N, Warsaw, complained of neck and shoulder pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:33 p.m. Monday - Counterfeiting and application fraud was reported in the 2100 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. Pierceton Police Department investigated.
• 12:46 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle in the 1700 block of East CR 225S, Winona Lake. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:44 p.m. Monday - A handicapped license plate was reported stolen in the 9800 block of South Pelican Way, Claypool. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.
• 5:28 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 5400 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 6:10 p.m. Monday - A license plate was reported lost in the 200 block of East Effie Mae Street, North Webster. KCSO.
• 6:49 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 10300 block of North Ind. 15, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 10:53 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended in the 100 block of South Walnut Street, Mentone. Mentone Police Department investigated.
