• 2:40 p.m. Thursday - Jose Vega Cervantes, 61, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 7:50 p.m. Thursday - Jeffery Dean Welch, 28, of 3080 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 9:16 p.m. Thursday - Douglas James Durham, 47, of 813 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 11:43 a.m. Friday - Brittany Denise Fields, 29, Wabash, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 1:34 p.m. Friday - James Michael Schwartz, 32, Goshen, arrested for operating a vehicle with suspended or revoked registration Bond: $450.

• 9:01 p.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 15, 2,000 feet north of West CR 700S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Mita K. Denton, 55, South Woodland Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 6:11 a.m. Thursday - West U.S. 30, 1,000 feet east of North CR 650W, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Bruce A. Chilton, 53, Beech Road, Bourbon. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 5:48 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of South CR 275E and East CR 375S, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Pedro Ruiz, 27, Bronson, Mo.; Clayton R. Wells, 20, La Fontaine. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 1:04 p.m. Thursday - A person operating a vehicle while intoxicated was reported in the 200 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:34 p.m. Thursday - A semi hit a light hanging from an awning in the 600 block of North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 8:30 p.m. Thursday - Criminal trespass was reported in the 2300 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
