• 6:31 a.m. Monday - Jeremy Dewayne Baker, 30, of 5303 W. Ind. 14, Silver Lake, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:15 a.m. Monday - Seth Andrew Chandler, 21, of 207 S. Maple St., Pierceton, arrested for theft with a prior conviction of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:17 p.m. Monday - Ethan Edward Ratliff, 20, of 9052 S. CR 200W, Claypool, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:24 p.m. Monday - Yull Odell Morris, 38, Bluffton, arrested on two counts of possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 4:36 p.m. Monday - Alisha Marie Sallee, 33, of 106 S. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 5:38 p.m. Monday - Trevor William Odell, 28, of 6497 W. CR 850S, Claypool, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.
• 7:42 p.m. Monday - Nathan Samuel Smith, 27, Amboy, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 8:13 p.m. Monday - Kameron Jeffery Banks, 23, of 735 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.
• 8:51 p.m. Monday - Jack Reice Byrer, 30, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 8:57 p.m. Monday - Billy Fred Rose Jr., 43, of 2605 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:20 a.m. Tuesday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 51, homeless, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 3:08 a.m. Tuesday - Eric Lee Crum, 44, of 12638 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle, possession of paraphernalia, reckless driving and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 4:52 a.m. Tuesday - Samantha Leann Landry, 19, of 920 Anchorage Road, #82, Warsaw, arrested for being a minor consuming alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 5:19 a.m. Tuesday - Maverick Mason Cox, 20, of 8023 S. Packerton Road, Claypool, arrested for being a minor consuming alcohol. Bond: $300.
• 10:52 a.m. Tuesday - Joshua Edwin Rowe, 33, Avilla, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:56 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and U.S. 30 ramp 090 H, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Daniel A. Walters, 38, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; Jacob D. Reeves, 17, West Monoquet Road, Warsaw; Cathay S. Searcy, 71, Goshen. Injuries: Reeves had minor bleeding to the head; a passenger in Reeves’ vehicle, Gene H. Denz, 18, West CR 700S, Claypool, complained of chest pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:16 a.m. Tuesday - North CR 800W, 1,000 feet south of West CR 640N, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Evan A. Harlow, 29, Dowagiac, Mich. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:43 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and East CR 200N, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Joseph A. Sunday, 20, EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg; Michael E. Maggart, 33, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 5:48 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested for being a habitual traffic violator in the 6900 block of West Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Claypool Police Department investigated.
• 11:31 a.m. Monday - A news information box was reported stolen in the 8900 block of East Black Point Road, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 12:36 p.m. Monday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 1900 block of Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 3:35 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:04 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior in the 6900 block of South Ind. 15, Claypool. CPD.
• 7:24 p.m. Monday - About 30 minutes of water was reported stolen from a garden hose in the 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:16 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 100 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:43 p.m. Monday - A phone was reported stolen in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:16 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for being a minor consumption of alcohol in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
