• 11:20 a.m. Tuesday - Richard W. Martin, 50, of 29 EMS D21A Lane, Syracuse, arrested for community correction violation. No bond set.

• 2:01 p.m. Tuesday - Todd M. Clay, 29, of 212 S. Union St., Apt. C, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and community correction violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:10 p.m. Tuesday - Lance M. Jervis, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman. No bond set.

• 4:19 a.m. Wednesday - Charles E. Shepherd Jr., 28, of 5918 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 3:09 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Prairie and South Buffalo streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Cristina Tlahuetl, 23, Deerfield Path, Warsaw; Dominic E. Ryan, 17, East Main Street, Warsaw. Injury: Ryan was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, for a complaint of pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:42 p.m. Tuesday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Pickup hit unoccupied SUV registered to Abraham Shepherd, North Neer Drive, Silver Lake. Driver: Neri A. Hurtado Rojas, 20, North Ind. 13, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:39 a.m. Wednesday - 726 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Semi snagged a wire, caused pole to snap and land on a van registered to Jeffrey S. Yontz, New Paris. Driver: Samuel T. Banjaw, 41, Indianapolis. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.


• 10:57 a.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:11 p.m. Tuesday - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 500 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:58 a.m. Wednesday - A driver was arrested in the 800 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. WPD.
