• 5:48 a.m. Saturday - Brandi Lynn Cook, 34, Millersburg, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $599.

• 9:51 a.m. Saturday - Zachery Ray McKenzie, 40, of 13477 N. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $6,000.

• 6:50 a.m. Sunday - West CR 600N, 200 feet east of North CR 200W, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Ryan N. Dye, 38, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
