The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:19 p.m. Friday - Dustin Eugene Gordon, 32, of 210 S. Main St., #9, Etna Green, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance causing serious bodily injury. Bond: $26,250.
• 8:12 p.m. Friday - Jay Bodkins Riley Jr., 36, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #9, Milford, arrested for felony probation violation. NO bond set.
• 8:25 p.m. Friday - Melani Kathleen Clayton, 59, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #9, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:52 a.m. Saturday - James Michael Myers, 18, of 5623 E. CR 350S, Pierceton, arrested for criminal mischief, domestic battery and strangulation. Bond: $6,000.
• 3:36 p.m. Saturday - Elia Lafaele Tuivaiti, 41, Salt Lake City, Utah, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with an injury. Bond: $500.
• 6:44 p.m. Saturday - Patricia Ann Couzan, 57, Gary, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger under 18. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:08 p.m. Saturday - Tara Rae Holbrook, 38, of 2605 E. Center ST., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:30 p.m. Saturday - Jesus Montalvo, 25, of 103 E. Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash with an injury and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $450.
• 4:34 a.m. Sunday - Noe Gutierrez, 33, of 3762 W. Old 30, #40, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:16 p.m. Friday - 2556 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Pickup hit light pole. Driver: Courtney N. Burchett, 46, Miami Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:53 a.m. Saturday - Ind. 15, 150 feet north of Ranch Road, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Jared A. Hurd, 30, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; George R. Northrup, 54, Alpha Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
Incidents
• 12:25 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 100 block of North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:11 a.m. Saturday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 1800 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:34 a.m. Saturday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 12:05 p.m. Saturday - A vehicle was reported stolen in the 4600 block of East CR 650N, Leesburg. KCSD.
• 2:34 p.m. Saturday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 4:25 p.m. Saturday - A person driving a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 200 block of South Hand Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
